Steps to start a project with an Expert Opponent
1
CONTACT US
Write us briefly, what stage the project is in and what you need to solve. Just a few sentences are enough.
2
Initial consultation - free of charge
Let's schedule a short meeting to clarify the goal, context, and what the biggest obstacle is today.
3
AGREEMENT ON THE NEXT MEASURABLE STEP
We will propose the next step and agree on the form of cooperation, scope and method of communication.
What you can expect from the collaboration
Direct involvement. From the first contact, we clarify the goal, context, and immediate priorities. We set up a simple management method and overview of what is being addressed, who makes the decisions, and how to proceed.
Project timelines
Together we will define milestones and realistic deadlines for the immediate period. We will continuously monitor whether the project is on track and capture the impacts of changes in a timely manner so that the plan and expectations are not derailed.
Outputs and reporting
You will get a clear overview of the actual status, risks and next steps. Reporting should be short, factual and usable for decision-making, not just for the "feeling of reporting".
Collaboration and communication
We work directly with your people and maintain a clear communication rhythm. We openly name problems, escalations, and decisions to keep things from piling up and the project moving forward.
How we support you throughout your project

At the beginning, we will compare the goal, context and priorities with you. This makes it clear what is important now, who makes the decisions and what the next step is.

We will set a simple rhythm of communication and updates so that the real status and risks can be seen in a timely manner. No unnecessary reports, only what helps in decision-making.

We continuously monitor the impact of changes and align expectations. When something starts to take off, we name it in time and suggest a practical next step.

How do I start a project with an Expert Opponent?
Contact us via the "Getting Started" or "Contact" page. We will arrange an initial consultation where we will clarify the goal, context and biggest obstacles. Finally, we will agree on the next step and form of cooperation.
What should I prepare for the first meeting?
A basic overview is enough. If you have it, send it in advance: a brief description of the goal, current status, main risks, deadlines, who is involved and possibly available documents (plan, minutes, backlog, contracts with suppliers). If none of this is at hand, that's okay, we'll go through it together.
How long does the training/onboarding process take?
It depends on the size of the project and the availability of materials. The first orientation and understanding of the context usually takes place during the initial consultation. The subsequent assumption of the role and setting of the method of cooperation are typically fine-tuned in the first days or weeks.
How does the Expert Opponent support communication during the project?
We set a clear communication rhythm and channels for ongoing management. We regularly confirm priorities, address blockers, name risks and escalations, and keep track of what is done and what the next step is.
